This project is for the Conversion and Replacement of the primary database from Oracle SQL to SQL Server 2008 Responsibilities :
• Worked with DataStage v8.7 to design and develop the jobs to convert the Primary Oracle DWH to load the data into SQL Server 2008 (SHAW Recovery)with all the required business transformations.
• Received several appreciations from higher-ups in the client company for quality of code delivered within the specified deadlines including a certificate of appreciation in “Customer Satisfaction”.
• Wrote UNIX scripts and sub-routines to implement the Audit framework for the interfaces.
• Did performance tuning on the SQL queries provided by the client for faster run times.
• Used UNIX to read, create or modify files and datasets being generated or accessed by Datastage.
Environment: Worked on Windows XP, Windows 7, UNIX operating systems. ETL developer for Datastage 8.7. Languages used included Oracle SQL and SQL Server 2008 R2.

This Project Is About Simplification Of Claims. Rearrangement Of The Old System Of Creation Of Claims And Maintaining The Claims Data In A Enterprise Data Warehouse(EDW) is The Main Aim Of This Second Phase Of Project Michaelengelo. This Project Is About Extraction Of Old And Daytoday Data Relating To Claims And Saving The Data In Text Files And Placing The Extracted Files In A Common Dumping Area For Integration Purposes , In The Later Stages Of The Project.

The project is the Conversion and Replacement of the primary SAS File Systems to SQL Server 2012. Responsibilities:
• Worked with DataStage v11.3 to design and develop the jobs to convert the SAS generated monthly files and load into SQL Server 2012 (RCSMI)with all the required business transformations, following the SAS code.
• Received several appreciations from higher-ups in the client company for quality of code delivered within the specified deadlines including a certificate of appreciation in “Customer Satisfaction”.
• Wrote SQL queries for all different Source Systems and applied performance tuning on the existing SQL queries previously written for faster run times.
• Used UNIX to read, create or modify files and datasets being generated or accessed by Datastage.
• Been part of multiple source systems from gathering requirements from Clients to Production Deployment.
• Worked as a DBA for the project , apart from ETL development and also helped the Data Modelling Team to construct meaningful and efficient Data Model.
• Created multiple Understanding documents i.e. Project Artifacts and uploaded on SharePoint for Development Team and new joinees.
• JIRA tasks creation and periodically updating the documents for management meetings
