• Responsible for gathering and understanding of business needs and translating them into effective user stories and requirements.
• Assist the Product Owner/Lead Business Analyst in prioritization and implementation of cost-effective processes and system solutions.
• Build holistic understanding of applications & underlying domain being supported Identify impacts of change and facilitate prioritization.
• Effectively update and document system and business process changes for business and technical audiences with clarity, completeness, and specificity.
• Search for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to our customers
• Creating reports and business flow diagrams in UML, Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), Process flow Diagrams.
• Working with work item management tools (e.g. Team Foundation Server or Jira).
• Developed business architecture using requirements such as scope, processes, alternatives, and risks.
• Having regular workshops and interviews with the end users to analyze the requirements and come up with requirement list, user story mapping, process flow diagrams, user journey flow, and use case diagrams.
• Well experienced in scrum and agile methodology environments to come up with minimum viable product and then work on several iterations after to come up with an optimal solution
