Developed a drilled-down improvement plan for North and South End in Springfield, MA that would allow our sponsor, Develop Springfield, to identify specific strategies that could be implemented in the short-term.

Identified key economic indicators that have a significant influence on the price of oil per barrel. Built a linear multi-regression model between the dependent variable (the price of oil) and the economic indicators on SPSS software.
