2. Ongoing cost analysis of maintenance and repair work.
3. Examination tenders and priced bills of quantities and reporting the findings.
4. Checking and freezing the quantities of various works along with the co-ordination of contractors representatives.
5. Preparing weekly and monthly bill status.

6. Co-ordination with clients, contractors and architects.
7. Preparation of bills of quantities and other contract documents relating to the project.
8. Preparing the final account on completion of the contract works.
9. Valuing work in progress and making recommendations as to payments to be made to the     contractor, including advising on the financial effect of variations.

1. Calculating Excavation, Reinforcement, Shuttering, Concrete, Block work and Plastering quantity as per drawing. Present Landscaping work is undertaken. 
2. Preparing bar bending schedule and cutting schedule for the execution at the site
3. Preparing RA Bills.
4. Preparing Reinforcement work subcontractors bills etc.
5. Preparing Monthly reconciliation & progress report.
6. Co-ordination with clients, contractors and architects.

2. Preparing NMR Bills & PW Bills.
