Role and Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with internal (technical, finance, contracts, legal) and external
stakeholders (third parties/vendors) for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensuring that the project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Effective utilization of technology for quick completion of tasks. In parallel
understanding the business driving metrics.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using
appropriate verification techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
- Tracking project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of
short and long-term goals
- Developing comprehensive project plans for sharing with clients as well as other
staff members
- Use and continually developing leadership skills
- Attending conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
- Ensuring compliance with legal and contractual team and conditions
