- 3+ year experience in Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Cyber risk score service and Breach and attack simulation service.
- Cyber risk score service will analyses external view of organization domain and will provide cyber risk score based on external available information.
- Perform analysis of events/incidents and provide remediation suggestions to relevant owners.
- Breach and attack simulation service is a cybersecurity strategy that aims to assess an organization's security protocols, processes and procedures to identify threats, vulnerabilities, and even gather knowledge of a potential attack before they happen.
- Have knowledge on EDR and XDR capability on tools Palo Alto, Crowd strike,
- Anti-phishing service by Cofense , Pro Phish.
- Deception Service by Acalvio, Attivo, Zscalar.
- Manage Endpoint and alerting tools (agent deployment/setup, correlation , etc)
- Provide end-user support as directed by management and work on multiple functions of high complexity.
- Develop workflows, process and automation procedures.
- Represent the team in change, incident and problem management calls and manage request queues
- Problem solver, collaborative and enjoy working in a team oriented group
- Partner with teammates and other IT groups to research, assess, and recommend improvements of control environments through data analytics
- Familiar with general networking and database concepts
- Established and managed responsible program measurement (e.g. KPIs).
- Analyzed and assessed vulnerabilities in the infrastructure (software, hardware, networks) and provide recommendations.
