- Work with Business and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements
- Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions
- Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet business requirements and fulfil user stories
- Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements
- Participate in key meetings with business including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end-user training
- Perform business analysis to support complex changes in local, regional or global context by capturing, defining and managing requirements in all project phases as well as by support solution design that delivers value to the stakeholder
- Design solutions aligned with Enterprise Architecture
- Design integration solutions in SOA manner to maximize asset reuse and to avoid redundancies for services, interconnects and data
- Manage multiple implementation projects, including developing project objectives, prioritizing project responsibilities, tracking projects to successful and on time completion.
- Act as a vital link between the Business and the Technical team. Lead the Scrum calls.
- Interact with Business frequently and communicate feedback to the Technical team.
- Level one escalation point for the Business and the senior management.
- Coordinate the Technical issues for timely completion of all deliverables.
- Responsible for quality and timely completion of all projects.
