During my tenure at SecuNor, I worked towards the dual roles of SOC analyst with a purple team twist and pentester. This involved integrating purple team methodologies into SOC operations while also working towards conducting penetration tests to identify and address vulnerabilities within systems. Although short It was a dynamic and rewarding experience.

During my time at Knowit, I specialized in conducting penetration tests across a diverse range of platforms, with a particular focus on web applications, APIs, mobile applications, and systems developed in Golang. This multifaceted role enabled me to leverage my expertise in penetration testing to identify and address vulnerabilities in various digital environments.
A significant portion of these tests was conducted for Swedish customers. This provided me with unique insights into the specific security challenges faced by organizations operating within the Swedish context, allowing me to tailor my approach to address their needs effectively.
Overall, my time at Knowit provided me with invaluable experience in conducting penetration tests across diverse platforms and contexts, equipping me with the skills and insights necessary to tackle complex cybersecurity challenges effectively. 

I had the privilege leading and conducting a variety of penetration tests against Norwegian government agencies, encompassing a wide range of their digital assets. This immersive experience provided me with invaluable insights into the unique security challenges faced by governmental bodies, further honing my ability to confront real-world cybersecurity challenges with confidence.
Engaging in these tests required a meticulous approach, involving thorough scrutiny of every facet of the targeted infrastructure. I had the opportunity to extensively test Java applications during these assessments. Given the prevalence of Java-based systems within government organizations, my proficiency in Java security was instrumental. Leveraging this expertise, I successfully identified and addressed vulnerabilities specific to Java technology, thereby enhancing the overall security stance of the systems under evaluation. 

During my time as an Operations Manager, my responsibilities extended beyond overseeing business operations to include managing a fleet of trucks responsible for pickups and deliveries. This encompassed coordinating logistics, optimizing routes, and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.
In addition to fleet management, I also oversaw various operational aspects such as inventory management, warehousing, and supply chain logistics. Collaborating closely with different departments, I worked to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency, contributing to the organization's success.
It was during this time that I began delving into the world of cybersecurity through participation in Capture The Flag (CTF) challenges on platforms like TryHackMe. These challenges provided me with practical hands-on experience in cybersecurity, allowing me to develop skills in penetration testing, network security, and digital forensics.
My experience as an Operations Manager not only honed my leadership, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities but also equipped me with a newfound passion for cybersecurity. This role demanded strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective team management to achieve business objectives, skills that continue to serve me well in my professional endeavors. 

 As part of my responsibilities, I was tasked with thoroughly inspecting vehicles for the presence of improvised explosive devices (IEDs). This critical task required meticulous attention to detail and adherence to stringent safety protocols to ensure the effective detection and neutralization of any potential threats. By meticulously examining each vehicle and employing advanced detection techniques, I contributed to enhancing the security measures and safeguarding the safety of personnel and assets in high-risk environments.
During this time, I also embarked on a journey of self-improvement and professional development by enrolling in TCM (The Cyber Mentor) courses and actively participating in cybersecurity challenges on platforms like TryHackMe. These experiences allowed me to deepen my understanding of cybersecurity concepts and gain practical skills in penetration testing, network security, and digital forensics. They complemented my role in vehicle inspection, providing me with a broader skill set to address security challenges effectively.
