 - Responsible for entire Last Mile Operations within the area.
 - Manage day-to-day operations of the team including logistics, resource/equipment planning, staffing, quality control, and managing vendor relations.
 - Taking care of branch operations(Service centers/ Delivery centers)
 - Oversee the hiring & training of new team members and support their development.
 - Collect, track, & present metrics related to processes, team accuracy and efficiency, and drive improvements in efficiency, throughput and cost across the organization.
 - Tracking & maintaining data for daily shipments.
 - Oversees the daily sales & procurement activities along with operations.
 - Team Handling and escalation handling.
 - Ensure 100% delivery with success.
 - Taking care of Last Mile Operations, stock received and stock outward.
 - Ensures quality check of all shipments/bags and ensure zero missing shipments with value and count.
 - Preparation of various MIS reports like Inbound, outbound, RTO and aging reports.

 - Responsible for decreasing the aging of the shipments.
 - Monitor the NDR/RTO and finding solutions for reducing monthly NDR & RTO %.
 - Ensure Hub opening & closing is done as per operational standards and requirements.
 - Supervise the Sorters who receive the shipments.
 - Ensure all team members are trained and are aware of operational standards.
