Daily base.
Maintain All Cabs Documents and verify than active all cabs and give them training.
Handle All drivers payments Query.
Maintain Relation with Drivers & On Boarding New Drivers.

Responsible for overall sourcing Cab and Bikes (Front-end & Back-end) in Yamunangar , Kurukshetra & Panipat.
Maintain good relations with partners & on boarding the supply on daily basis. ∙ developing & continuously improving the supply strategy to ensure continuous growth.
Pitching to the partners for Cab and bike Attachment.
Handle all the partner’s relation queries like payment issues or customer related issues within TAT & also attachment related queries.
Maintain all cabs documents and update Cab and bike Data in Google Sheet. Responsible to launch Bike in new City with 150+ Bikers for working.
Responsible for organizing road shows, Ola Partners Meets, Seminars, Conferences & all promotional activities to promote brand Ola for Bookings.

Tracking of vehicles with the help of GPS installed in the vehicle.
Find the necessary reason of standing of vehicle by calling Pit stop or pilot.
Coordinate daily with clients for pickups and delivery 
Planning the route of vehicle if any change in touching us required
Resolve all the vehicle issue if vehicles are stuck in any problems.

Coordinate of planning team to ensure the timely placement of vehicle. 
Coordinate with vendors if any extra vehicle is required for material connection
Regular follow-up with Cluster managers and pit stop executive for POD.
Leading the team and plan all the shift activities before starting the shift
Regular follow-up for all the DEPS and vehicle departed from OU and resolve if any issue comes

To professionally attend customers and take order from them suggesting add ons as per thier interest and make sure the order get served to them with best hospitality
