  • If  any outage is occur means we need to raise the tickets by using BMS remedy Tool, and we need to intimate through the mail
  • we  analysis  bandwidth utilization by using CACTIC Tool.
  • Troubleshooting IP-MPLS   links and working with multiple protocol Like BGP,OSPF.
  • Handle different media like (MPLS, RF, Microwave   2G/3G/4G and 5G
