Implant Travel Desk Reservations, Ticketing, Visa & Overseas Insurance Responsibilities:
1. Provide the highest standard of customer service to corporate clients using the applications and systems made available by the company to ensure error-free itineraries and travel arrangements that maximize customer satisfaction.
2. Attend inbound calls & Emails from Employees, for flight Booking and close the bookings as per customers' Requirements.
3. Inform customers of essential travel information, Such as Travel times, Passport/Visa requirements, Health and Insurance requirements, Check-in arrangements, and Baggage allowance.
4. Handle customer orders and payments in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
5. Make airline ticket reservations and issue tickets to clients in accordance with the company policy, taking into consideration the clients requirements.

7. A professional service that requires knowledge of Ticketing, Reservations, Visa & Travel Insurance.
8. Continue to learn and develop on the job through self-education, job shadowing, and industry research.
9. Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
10. Maintaining Daily Sales reports of Bookings, Visa & Travel Insurance. Maintaining relationships with the airline for seats/meals confirmations.
