JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  


1.  Machine Maintenance carried out of following machine.
● Maintenance of VMC 500,650,900 machine Siemens 810 D, 840D. 
● Maintenance of HMC HELLER machine (Germany) Siemens 840D SL.
● Maintenance of HMC MITSUISEIKI machine (Japan).
● Maintenance of MAKINO (Fanuc) 3 & 5 axis.
● Maintenance of MAZAK (mazatrol) HMC, VMC, 5 axis.
● Maintenance of 5 axis machine JOBS (Italy), Water jet cutting machine (PAR).
● Maintenance of LMW (lathe), milling machine, grinding machine.
● Maintenance of JYOTI VMC and HMC, Huron HMC, VTL machine.
● Commissioning and erection of new equipment and machines.
● Preventive Maintenance carried out for all of above machine to reduce breakdown Maintenance.
● Preventive and breakdown maintenance carried out of ACFB Beam assembly line.

2. Maintenance carried out of special purpose machine.

● Maintenance of aerospace machine Like LECTRA, GFM, AUTOCLAVE, CRANE, SHEETER. 
● Maintenance of, Press Machine, ROUTER machine. 
● Maintenance on Paint shop blower, DP line.
● Maintenance of sheet forming machine and down draft machine.

3. Machine Maintenance and utility operation carried out for following Utility machine.

● Operation and Maintenance of Kaiser Compressor (500 cfm).
● Operation and Maintenance of Chiller (Voltas and DB )(108 TR).
● Operation and Maintenance of Water Treatment plant.
● Maintenance of hot water generator. 
● Operation and Maintenance of AHU, Cooling tower.
● Maintenance of vacuum pump (bosch).
● HVAC, Facility Providing to Requested Department
● Independently operating All Utility operation.
● Maintain consumption of air and water record.
● AMC done for utility with service engineer.


4. Major breakdown attending in maintenance.

● Changing BT50, HSK 63 VMC spindle, spindle motor. 
● Replacement of axis bearing for VMC, HMC.
● Changing Heller HMC motor gearbox assembly.
● Change Drawbar Assembly.
● Replacement of Ball screw assembly for HMC machine.
● Change spindle belt. 
● Repair and maintenance of conveyor gearbox. Etc.
● Repairing of conveyor chain and assembly.
● Repairing of spare vacuum pump and coolant pump. 


KEY RESPONSIBILITY 

● Increase machine availability by reducing breakdown. 
● Planning of PM and TPM of machines in shift. 
● Involved In Making TPM manager model machine. 
● Removing red tag. 
● Basic electrical work. 
● Why why analysis, root cause corrective action. 
● TPM implementation in respective area.
● 5S implementation in respective area.
● Kaizen implement in our respective Area. 
● As a shift engineer utilization of manpower and allocated work. 
● Preparing shift report at the end of shift. 
● Monitor consumption of spare.
● AMC carried out with service engineer. 
● Reducing air, oil and water leakage also prepared sheet. 
● Departmental Documentation work. Updating AQMS, IMS-EHS and SDT BOARD. 


COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE

● Working knowledge of “MS WORD, Excel, Power Point operation. 
● Working knowledge of SAP.



TRAINING ATTENDED

● Internal Auditor training attended for IMS-EMS, OHSAS. 
● Training on AQMS standard for aerospace management system. 
● ON job training on hydraulics and pneumatics.
● Fire safety training. 
● 5S And External TPM Manager model machine. 
● Hydraulic training from yuken India.
