- Reporting directly to the Business Head.
- Recruitments for the parent company, sister-concern company, and clients of the company all the levels and at PAN India Level and sourcing candidates through Naukri, Indeed, Linked In, Updazz, Shine, Work India.
- Conducting & Scheduling the Interviews and handling the complete coordination for the same.
- Salary Negotiation and closing of the profiles as per the deadlines.
- Documentations, Joining & Exit formalities and Induction Process of all the joinees.
- Maintaining Employee Details Reports, Attrition data. Updating the Salary and the employee details on the HRMS software and Training the employees for the same.
- Maintaining Personal Files of the Employees
- Arranging and coordinating various events
- Offer Letters, Appointment Letter, Loyalty & Appreciation Letters.
- Sending personalized Birthday and Work Anniversary Emails and various other emails as well
- Calculating monthly Attendance.
- Coordinating and communicating the clients as well for recruitments and closers
- Attending various seminar and webinars conducted by the company
