Ensure complete and correctly lled Manpower Requisition Form is collected from the relevant hiring manager. Designing job postings and posting it on various job portal viz. Naukri,Shine, Indeed,Quickr, Social Media.
Ensure screening of candidates before the same are shared with the hiring manager.
Arrange for interviews by coordinating schedules with candidate and hiring manager; ensure requisite feedback are recorded and provided to candidate / hiring manager.
Maintain up-to-date recruitment database.

Coordinate with selected candidate to close salary negotiation, joining date, documents, etc. Successfully completed Business Development brought new clients on board.
