- Developing and implementing process change and improvement program across departments, including the planning and delivery of projects
- Serves as a facilitator for improved performance across all project work-streams. Identifies and solves problems/issues on a timely and proactive basis
- Successfully establish and manage key stakeholder relationship, including reporting for project status, escalation and overall milestone updates
- Actively communicates with SMEs within teams across functions to define detailed actions plans, pre-requisites, issues and risks to support project implementation
- Provide input into the development of new guidance and help improve the effectiveness and efficiencies of TA process
- Develop and deliver automations using Alteryx, UI Path, Tableau and Instabase
