* Started off with Cross training in Kitchen
* Cross Training in Kitchen stewarding Department about Hygiene safety cleanliness.
* Handling a Outlet as a supervisor Staff Cafe (400 pax) -
From chemicals used for cleaning machine used equipment usage Time management Cleanliness food safety surface Safety.
* Cross training in culinary and Kitchen cooking food to making sure all the hygiene standards are kept intact and followed with the Smooth flow of operations.
( Core Operation)
* Moved to Associate F&B Service in Room Dining
* Guest satisfaction and Guest overall experience was our main aim to achieve.
* From Opening the outlet for Service operations to closing the shifts
* Responsible for Services of Food/Drinks/Service Standards/payments.
* Constant learning about Wine beverages and other Multi cuisines of world as training.
* Apart from that worked in All other outlets as a cross exposure to understand the route process and working style such as Coffee Shop Restaurant Banquets lounge etc.
* Responsibilities :
Cashiering/Opera/Microsoft softwares/Micros/Golden/HotSoS/Store/Audits/VIP's/Service Standards/Closing of the outlet/Guest Satisfaction/Team Connection/Regular training
