- Managing Manufacturing & Utilities unit for past 7 years.
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirement.
- Track project cost in order to meet budget.
- Develop and maintain detail project schedule and work plan.
- Provide project upset on consistent basis to various stakeholders on current strategy, adjustments and process.
- Utilise industry best practice and standards through out entire project executions
- Measure project performance in order to Identify areas of improvement
- Lead process-improvement focus groups as part of the LOB initiative to achieve functional design within it's user systems.
- Guide efforts to improve PSM unit real and cost effective way.
- Work tirelessly to improve the overall performance of the Unit by assessing billing, workflow, and customer relationship management and productivity.
