1)Monitor and audit of Gear box assembly, Hydraulic assembly, Transaxle assembly and
power unit assembly of tractor.
2) Solve the problems occurred during assembly by using7QC tool's.
3) Ensured control plan and associated documents are implemented effectively.
4) Monitoring and making report of quality key performance indicators.
5) Making line rejection of external provider components and disposal them .
6) Conduct 5S audit.
7)Conduct audit of special purpose washing machine as per check sheet to maintain
components cleaning level.
8) Lead process or product improvement projects like Six sigma and QC story problem solving for best quality and continual improvement.
9) Analyze warranty customer return component.
10 ) Apply engineering principles & analytical techniques to establish and continuously improve manufacturing processes and products
11) Implement interim and permanent corrective actions to resolve quality issues using 8D tool, 6 panel, etc.
12) Manage and direct statistical process control activities
13) Knowledge of and ability to execute measurement systems analysis & variable data analysis
14) Identify sources of variation within a production environment effectively and efficiently
15)Establish tolerance limits and facilitate appropriate corrective actions
Establish and monitor quality target levels for each build
16) Provide input for design and assembly concepts which will yield nominal variations
Establish critical characteristics for gauging and measuring data collection methods
Determine inspection equipment and facility requirements
17)Review incoming quality concerns to maintain quality with assigned area; determining root cause and implementing corrective actions
