Ensuring Vehicle on time Backflush in SAP
Preparing Back flush pending report & Coordinating with supporting team to Clear SAP Vehicle Back flush.
Preparing Production & PDI Clearance Report on daily basis for both SAP vs Physical Production
Preparing & Releasing New Product Trial Schedule to Supporting Team
Preparing Various Loss Report and BOM analysis report against physical consumption
Ensuring & Coordinating for spare parts intend to be closed within the target date
Monitoring Export Vehicle Production & PDI Clearance before Target Date & Taking necessary action to meet the Requirement.
Responsible for vehicle vehicle roll off 550/shift.
Exicutive of vehicle assembly production planning and control.
Supporting the vehicle assembly shift supervisor leading a team of 140 operators in the vehicle assembly shop.
Coordinating with Materials & Store Team to Organize Materials as per the Requirement.
