Roles & Responsibilities
- New design records comprehension
- Design feasibility analysis of product with seniors & team
- Tooled up development of parts as per customer design requirement
- Responsibility of sample tooled up part inspection
- Collaborated with design & test development engineer to resolve product and process issues
- Monitoring of welding quality through - MPI, DP
- Ensuring welding position like 1F, 2F, 3F, 4F, 5F & 1G,2G,3G etc
- Penetration Checking of MIG & MAG welding parts.
- Analysis of welding defects & causes
- Handling measuring instrument as per requirement
- Responsibility of validation of gauges and fixtures
- Utilized manufacturing quality tools such as FMEA, DFMEA, PFMEA, control plans, process verification/validation plans, process data analysis, and DMAIC.
- PPAP Adherence
- Maintaining quality development records & documentation
- Problem solution process during all quality problems
- Root cause analysis, investigation and establishing counter measure for various defects using why-why analysis & PDCA Circle
- Interaction with Customer & supplier
- Attending meeting with HOD to review daily progress
- Guiding & preparing Zero Defect Product
- Responsible for all Quality Management
- Owned Kaizen activity implementation to enhance Quality Control processes in the QA department.
- Participates in the Advanced Product Quality Planning meetings to review existing quality assurance systems and implements procedural revisions when deemed necessary
- Coordinates with Sales, Purchasing, and Production department heads to resolve customer complaints and provide status updates on corrective actions taken
