I am currently handling CXO/CEO/GRO/MD escalations (Axis & Yes bank) and IRDA grievance cases.
I do publish internal reports like: Team dashboard, WIP report, write-back report, closure reports and interim reports.
I have managed ORM (Online reputation managemen) team, where, i have handled social media and senior management escalations.
I have managed a group of 8 new comers and helped them in knowing the process.
I was the SPOC for the zones (East and North) in which i have helped 150+ employees in processing the queries raised by the customers.
I have also managed the recovery cases and helped my team in getting the amount back from the wrong customers.
