Working as a Senior Associate and handling social media escalations and Grievance cases.
I am handling Social media and senior management escalations.
I have published internal reports like (write back report, closures and interim reports).
I have also managed a group 8 new comers and helped them in knowing the process.
I was spoc for the zones (East and North) in which I have helped 150+ employees in
processing the queries raised by the customers.
I have also managed the recovery cases and helped my team in getting the amount back
from the wrong customers.
