1) Handling Inward-Outward Process like assigning debit card, welcome kit, cheque book, cheque return to the dedicated staffs.
2) Handling Debit Card pins for the customers.
3) Handling Government letters regarding account freeze, fraud, providing bank letters.
4) Knowledge about cross sell products like Life Insurance, General Insurance, Credit Cards, Loans, CASA, Mutual Funds.
5) Opening of Saving Account, Current Account (Individual/Non-Individual) via Omni Scanner.
6) Generating Service Request Form (SRF) & Debit Card Application Form Via Omni Scanner
7) Managing CTS clearing of branch through Ikloud Pro Software application and Generating Clearing Report.
8) Answers customer questions and provides general information on banking services and policies.
9) Answers incoming phone calls, transfers calls, and takes messages when necessary.
10) Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary. Keep updated records and files
11) Follows up on minor customer issues.
12) Processes and distributes incoming mail; prepares outgoing mail for pickup.
13) Performs clerical and administrative services for branch staff as needed.
14) Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
