Project: MASTERCARD DIGITAL 
* Working as a Network Operations L1 Engineer at Digital Group (MDES, SRC, MP, Developer Zone API) that supports the management, generation, and 
provisioning of digital payment credentials into mobile devices to enable simpler, more secure digital payment experiences.
* Effective Monitoring in inbox alerts for digital apps. Doing basic validations as confirmed & instructed by L2. 
* Effective SPLUNK, Dynatrace tool checks for transaction log details. Server login checks for CPU, disk usage drives, log file transfers. Restarting of standalone services of digital apps with respect to the maintenance or activity.

* Worked as an Application System Engineer for Alert Monitoring, Reporting and Escalations within SLA. 
* This is primarily an Incident Management Process for Logging, Triaging, prioritization, tracking, and routing incidents reported by users and respective teams inside the project such as Server Ops, DBA, L2. 
* Responsible for transaction log checks, CPU checks, monitors alerts, DB related activities. Acknowledge the request for DB stop/start, user creation and grant specific data access to user.
