- Responsible for smooth operations and business in the region with special attention to De-risking, Profitability, Technology Implementation & business development.
- Conducting bi-monthly integrated business planning (IBP) and monthly reviews to adjust business activities to meet the targets.
- Achieving Sales Target of the region as per ABP plan, through existing & new business.
- Responsible for profit and loss management for the region.
- Responsible for planning & implementing the route optimization system to ensure
optimum utilisation of resources in best possible way and subsequently ensure profitability. - Responsible for recruitment, training & quality control of region.
- Responsible for process implementation, development and innovation.
- Responsible for client relations, business development & business retention, pricing and cost control to meet top line and bottom line targets.
- Review and control manpower/vehicle running maintenance cost of Region.
- Responsible for managing the human resources in an effective & motivated manner to avoid IR problems and to ensure smooth operations without hurdles.
- Ultimately responsible for managing the entire fleet operations over the region by taking care of necessary parameters.
- Responsible for monitoring & guiding the team on business operations & actuarial
management. - Track and trace the situation of infrastructure and security systems are running and in place.
- Ultimately responsible to ensure the timely billing to the clients through region & providing inputs to the corporate to complete the billing within fixed timeframe.
- Ultimately responsible for collection of billed amount from customers as per agreed terms in SLA.
