Responsible for providing quality inspection criteria for incoming in process materials and finished product to prevent the shipment of nonconforming product. Sampling of product using drawing. Knowledge of ISO9001 & IATF16949. Fulfilling and keeping record of PPAP documents. Improvement in process and tools to reduce rejection. Raising EAR for  change in process or drawing. Use of 8D and 5 why tool for problem solving or cause identification. 

Project Assigned :- Elemination of paint defects occur on car bumper during paint shop. Finding out all possible causes and the action by which it can reduce. 

Design and development of India first serving robot using Autodesk Inventor software and 3D printing technology. Making changes in old drawing and components.
