- As Head of Training and Development I develop and execute company's learning and development strategies, align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify skill gaps and future workforce needs.
- Design and oversee the delivery of training programs, development initiatives and professional skills enhancement for students
- Implement innovative learning solutions, workshops and coaching.
- Establish metrics to assess training effectiveness and ROI
- Regularly review and refine L&D initiatives based feedback and performance data.
- Partner with HR and Sales to ensure resource and succession planning, build career development frameworks to support employee growth and retention.
- Lead and mentor L&D team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Promote a learning-oriented culture that encourages continuous enhancement at all levels
- Embed learning programs that drive transformation by applying instructional design and adult learning theory
