- Currently Managing the team of 11 members.
- Reduces risk by ensuring all collection activities are conducted according to regulations and keeping accurate records.
- Ensure correct Weekly and Monthly forecasting and distribution among the team.
- Make sure team member comply with company policies when contacting individuals and other companies to collect past due balances that they owe & achieve Monthly Targets.
- Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting of Account-wise Collections Details to Leadership.
- Ensuring weekly/monthly assessment of team members so that timely and correct feedback is shared in time.
- Responsible for resolving seller issues.
- Responsible of any legal action/activities required.
- Work with Legal & Finance Team to ensure smooth functioning of Collection process.
