●      Requirement implementation as per the business requirement of stakeholder.
●      Project management – working with the stakeholders, dev and test teams to ensure the smooth delivery of the project.

●      Collaborate with users to define and prioritize the roadmap on product enhancements and changes to our regulatory technology platforms.
●      Collaborate with engineers and QA teams as the product SME on requirements and functional design.
●      Documentation of requirements and user stories (BRD, FSD, QA) using requirements management tools (JAMA, JIRA).
●      Interpretation and translation of regulatory legislation (HKMA/ESMA/CFTC/MIFID) and legal text into business and functional requirements.
●      Working closely with the Operations team, understanding their requirement and converting them to technical requirement for Dev and Test team.

 Domain – Investment Banking 

Area – Equities, SWAPS, Regulatory Reporting, Trade Booking, MIFID, HKMA/HKTR, CFTC, OTC Derivatives 

Tool – UNIX, SQL, JIRA, JAMA. 

Responsibilities: 

●      As product owner, looks over the roadmap of the product delivery, requirement implementation as per the business requirement of stakeholder.

●      As part of Agile approach, going through the scrum ceremonies, working with Development team, Testing team, DBA, Architect.

●      Production issues and impact analysis, backlog items, Change management.

●      Collaborate with users to define and prioritize the roadmap on product enhancements and changes to our regulatory technology platforms.

●      Collaborate with engineers and QA teams as the product SME on requirements and functional design.

●      Performing data analysis to make data driven decisions on product enhancements/ change requests on our existing products.

●      Primary point of contact on the project for all internal stakeholders across functions including: Traders, Business management, Legal, Compliance, National regulators, Operations, Engineering, QA, Programme management and IT.

●      Present and defend ideas and analysis to legal and compliance colleagues.

●      Documentation of requirements and user stories (BRD, FSD, QA) using requirements management tools (JAMA, JIRA).

●      Interpretation and translation of regulatory legislation (HKMA/ESMA/CFTC/MIFID) and legal text into business and functional requirements.

●      Working closely with the Operations team, understanding their requirement and converting them to technical requirement for Dev and Test team.

●      Working on production data, analyzing that finding the way to improve the application, to be more useful for Operations team.

Working with Dev team to implement Tableau for Controls and Analysis use of Operations team 

Domain – Banking 

Area – Payments, Transfers, Bill payment, Accounts, Tool Management, Clearing and Settlement 

Tool – Jira, Silk Central, UNIX, SQL, Excel 

Responsibilities: 

●      Requirement analysis. 

●      Defining scope 

●      Participating in project initiation activities like project planning workshop. 

●      Documentation : Feature listing document SRS and BRS 

●      Designing : Use case diagram, Sequence diagram, Activity diagram  

●      Test Execution and Defect Reporting activities. 

Domain – Banking 

Area – Payments, Sanctions, Anti-Money Laundering, Financial Crime 

Tool – Quality Center ALM, PEGA 

Responsibilities: 

●      User acceptance testing, stakeholder testing, live proving, live support, defect management. 

●      Stakeholder walkthrough. 

●      Participating in project initiation activities like project planning workshop, requirement. 

●      Understanding the process flow. 

●      Requirement Analysis. 

●      Understanding BRD's (Business Requirement Document). 

●      Writing Functional requirements after interaction from stake holders, business managers. 

●      Conducting walkthrough sessions with the stakeholders for the delivered FRD's and IRD's. 

●      Addressing the queries raised by the stakeholders during the walkthrough sessions. 

●      Providing support to testing team and addressing their queries. 

●      Ensuring complete closure of the IRD and FRD till we get complete sign-off on the document from all the reviewing parties. 

●      Preparing Project related documents like Test Summary Report, Weekly Status Report, and Metrics etc. 

Knowledge Sharing and mentoring new resources
