• Ensure speedy maintenance and              repair of vehicles through clear                identification of customers need              and  accurate demand.
•Technical co-ordination with regards      to repairs along with customers and      explaining him the technicalities              prior to service.
•Provide clear cost estimates and             keep customers informed of work           progress .
•Co-ordinate with floor incharge and     take all necessary actions to resolve     customer complaints as per                         promised time.
•Co-ordinating with floor incharge           and pre planning for the next day             activities.

•Planning and undertaking preventive scheduled maintenance.
•Supervising and allocating work to Technical staffs.
•Responding immediately to machinery breakdowns.
•Overhauling and replacing parts according to schedule.
•Oiling and cleaning machinery and parts.
•Keeping production managers informed of progress.
•Maintaining stocks of supplies and equipment.
