 - Guiding users on setting up Cisco any connect and Cisco communication IP phone.
 - Providing write block exceptions for AV servers. 
Helping users on creating SFTP account, DL creations and modifying. - Monitoring domain accounts intermediate issues from monitoring tool splunk and lansweeper.
