Dudhmansagar dairy is an unit of Dudhsagar dairy. The total production capacity 12 LLPD of market milk, dahi, UHT milk and Ice-cream.
-In my current role as junior executive officer, I have been responsible for performing quality analysis of dairy
products(such Pasteurised milk, UHT milk, Dahi & Ice-cream) samples provided to check quality as per the company
requirements and mentoring the team, which when coupled with my enthusiasm and dedication, has helped the
company to achieve the desired results also by following all the GMPs, SOPs provided and FSSAI rules which I am
familiar about and put into practice during my work.
- Performing milk testing by latest instruments such as GC-FID(Agilent), RT-PCR(chai) , FT120(Foss), FT2(Foss), pH
meter and Sodium meter.
- Calibration of instruments and glassware.
- Contaminants testing(Aflatoxin, Antibiotic & Melamine) of incoming raw milk and sending monthly report to
GCMMF.
- Preparing MIS report of routine activities and sending it to QA manager, production manager, AGM of plant and
DGM.
- Testing of raw materials for approving/rejecting according companys standard. And clear their GR in SAP. Also clearance of final products in SAP.
- Sending samples for Outside lab testing at interval of half yearly.
- Inventory managing & applying PR(purchase requisition) which are required in laboratory. - To check proficiency contractual and permenent chemist.
-Regular hygiene visit of different sections of plant.
