VLAN Tagging: Execute VLAN tagging for switch ports to ensure proper segmentation and efficient network traffic management.
NAC Configuration: Implement and manage Network Access Control (NAC) on switches to enhance network security and control access.
Network Diagram Preparation: Design and update network diagrams to represent the bank's network infrastructure accurately.
Hardware Replacement: Replace switches in case of hardware failure to minimize downtime and maintain network integrity.
IP Management: Allocate and manage IP addresses for different VLANs and maintain an up-to-date tracker for efficient network management.
Switch Monitoring: Continuously monitor switches to ensure network health and address any issues promptly.
VLAN Creation: Create new VLANs as needed to support the bank's network requirements and improve network efficiency.

Planning and Execution of Microwave to Fiber conversion of network.
Preparation of MOP Microwave to Fiber conversion, Enterprise Circuit Shifting (L3 VPN),Microwave take-off change, Traffic shifting,Ring closure , Juniper to Cisco conversation ect.
Oversee quality control of vendors & contractors .
Link capacity upgrade / microwave upgrade for sites with more than 70% utilization
Execute field activities as per work orders issued by Network Operations Center.
Coordinating with  Inter City and NLD Fiber team for Network Up-gradation activity.
Field support for of network up-gradation activity. 
Field support for IMA8Z Card Migration activity at Cisco router. 
Manage deployment related activities conducted by vendors,contractors.
