* As a Maintenance Engineer, preparing plans for weekly maintenance machines and participate in maintenance.
* As a Production Engineer, checking of weekly production plan and monitoring the production line.
* Prepare hypotheses analysis on a problem point which is more impact on production and machine efficiency and working on it to solve the problem point.
* Making 5 why’s for loss reduction and machine controlling.
* Do KAIZEN’s for breakdown free maintenance.
* Do KAIZEN’s for breakdown free maintenance.
* Maintaining 3S at machine area and as well as in GEMBA for improving production output, time saving and clean work environment.
* Follow 3K & 3G principles to work with accuracy and pre-planning.
* Monitoring production output and self-responsibilities.
* Preparing line kaizen sheets for the machine to reduce breakdowns to increase machine efficiency.
* Maintain machine in good working condition to achieve production plan.
* Line Checking of product producing machine for regulating its quality and production.
* Control the man power and need to divide them into their suitable works.
* Need to communicate to the previous shift Engineer to analyses the quality, production issues and breakdowns.
* Submitting production report to management at shift end.
* Planning and arranging of maintenance spares for weekly maintenance.
* Planning and arranging of maintenance spares for weekly maintenance.
* Making the Regular reports on Machine working capacities.
* Reduce the Top five quality and production errors from previous shift operation.
* Checking the product quality as per standards both attributes and variables.
* Quality checking and quality controlling of the product as per standard operating procedures on hourly basis.
* Producing the required Stock Keeping Unit based on the priority and monitoring this on regular basis market.

* Changeover skills from one SKU to another SKU , in which I replace the machine units with precision and safety measurements.
* Machine parts changing like Drive Rollers, Middle Shafts, Sensors, Conveyors Belts, Heaters, Thermocouples, Pneumatic Cylinders, etc…
* Machine units dissembling and assembling.
* Having knowledge of maintaining lubrication system for pressure fans (high,medium,low), high speed rotating units.
* Having experience of pressure fan overhauling.
* Line controlling measurements.
* Having experience in Autopacking machines and after process equipment’s
* Maintain and change of "silicon and poly" conveyor belts and suction belts.
* Maintenance to hot melt system of gear pumps, chain drives, hot melt supply hoses.
* Maintain and change of hot melt flow filters and filter cleaning with oil bath to reuse. * Having knowledge and skill to change heaters and thermocouples.
* Having deep knowledge and skills over handling of hot melt flow, rectifying breakdowns and maintaining of hot melt system.
* Having experience of working with heavy duty Electrical HPT, heavy load unit displacement trolley.
* Having experience of using 1t,2t,2.5t and 5t electrical rope lift to handling heavy load unit.
* Having knowledge on Maintaining and changing of pneumatic cylinder and air handling equipment’s.
* Having experience of maintaining and work with hydraulic lift and pneumatic lift.
* Having skills of maintain and change of blades and cutters and experience of blade zero setting with fine pressure.
* Having experience of work with photoelectric sensors, pressure sensors, proximity sensor and optical fiber.
* Having work with digital and analog pressure gauges.
* Maintaining roller bearings and handling of silicon press rollers, grip rollers, free rollers, scissor rollers.
* Good knowledge on handling INKJET Printers .
* Having experience on handling Carton packing machine.
