- Leading a team to manage the P&L of SMS Business for Oracle Marketing Cloud products - Responsys & Eloqua
- Identifying & evaluating ISV partners globally and helping them onboard on Oracle CX Marketplace to offer our customers new & innovative communication channels to their users
- Identifying & Evaluating SMS partners globally and onboarding them to provide uncompromised QoS with competitive price points
- Working with the Oracle global sales team on pricing strategies to ensure healthy margins on SMS deals. Also, working on bundled pricing strategies (Email, Push, WhatsApp, etc.) to offer Oracle customers an attractive price point
- Driving enablement sessions with internal stakeholders and Oracle customers to drive the growth of SMS revenues globally
- Creating GTM strategies to promote and drive the business effectively
- Managing over 40+ partners globally on the SPAN marketplace to ensure Oracle customers have the best SMS connectivity at a competitive pricing
- Working closely with ISV partners globally to identity new & upcoming channels in their respective geographies & create awareness by conducting enablement sessions with internal stakeholders to boost sales & increase platform stickiness
