- Project Coordination and engagement functionality with different supplier groups, vendors, and stakeholders etc. to assist the timely delivery of network services.
- Manage end to end change management and service delivery management to ensure the correct service delivered at first time and within pre-set SLAs.
- Revenue Assurance-Identifying, analysing & implementing new areas of revenue leakages/Invoice rejections/Billing issues related to service requests placed by customer.
- Perform RCA based on the exceptions and identify the source of the issues occurred during Service delivery and Revenue assurance.
- Analyse Early Termination Fee (ETF), Pricings, Commercial approvals, contract expiry validations with various vendors, suppliers, pricing Managers & investigate validity of charges, send output file to shared services and report exceptions if any.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly requests tracking report/dashboards for clients.
- Prepare weekly reports for quality analysis of the requests received.
- Reported project productivity and output to top management for a team of 14 individuals on regular basis.
- Interlock Management: Partnering with Development leads to identify opportunities for better collaboration & process improvements.
- Coordinate with delivery team to get the service deployed on priority. Identified, analysed, reported and repaired problems encountered in the deployment of these services.
