Our company manufactures and supplies cleaning products such as Hand Wash, Dish Wash, Phenyl Lotion, Tile Cleaner, Toilet Cleaner, Liquid Detergent, Fabric Conditioner and Marketing of Hand Sanitizer. I am currently the Marketing Head for Trivandrum and Kollam districts.

Our company makes small and medium metallic parts for the automobiles of companies like Maruti Suzuki, TATA, Bajaj and other contractors. I was responsible for the re-check of quality and dimensions of the products. We used simple vernier caliper, screw gauge and height gauge for measuring dimensions. Also we used profile projector, optical comparator for further profiling. We check the hardness of the product using both digital and mechanical hardness tester to ensure quality. I had to occasionally deal with the designs of die used for the process and make required changes demanded by the contractors.

Our company gets contract services from construction companies for Quality Control Inspection. I was assigned to make sure that the contractor is following the Policy and Guidelines, Standards and Specifications, Rules and Regulations, PIC( Prevent, Identify and Correct) quality-related issues as I was in-charge of safety procedures also. We were following a previously prepared and sanctioned Quality Control Plan with International Standards provided by HSE. I had to deal with project personnel, quality communication and assurance surveillance, inspections, specifications, project completion inspections.
