• Working in Aerospace industry supporting the Client in Canada, one of the largest Aircraft Engine manufacturer across globe.
• Procurement and resourcing of part from supplier across Canada and USA.
• Engaging in planning activity based on demand from customer.
• Requisitioned materials to restock inventory to obtain goods for engine production.
• Ensuring supplier are promise dating their delivery schedules and reviewing the 8 weeks look ahead of our
production requirement.
• Analyze Excess inventory and transfer the stock to required plant, negotiate with supplier to cancel the schedule
lines if not demand available.
• Parallelly working with Account specialist (Customer) and OM team on daily basis.
• Vendor Development Activities (Sourcing), ensuring no line down situation in production & Assembly.
• Allocate Raw materials to vendors and reconciliation of issued materials to balance MIHV. Checked prices and
calculated totals for accurate invoice processing.
• Action blocked and parked invoices, GR/IR and P2P.
• Work with Quality team to find out liability of RTVs and support in clearing them within TAT.
• Weekly call with Account specialist on discussion about shortage items using Accenture Global tool.
• Establish a strong network and collaboration with client, suppliers, stakeholders and team members.
