Store Management: Managing Store Sales Operations, Store daily Activity, Team Handling, Commercial Operation, Stock Activity, Store Administration.
Store profitability computation: Maintaining store profitability report every month. Also aware the team how far from store profitability and the store sales target.
Store stock operation: Keeping sufficient stock for daily sales operations. And maintain daily stock sale level at store.
Store administration: Handling daily store activity, staff operations, daily store expenses, requirement of manpower, initiate to company for any new requirement at store.
Team motivation: Making new plans and ideas for sale, keep motivated to staff for daily activities at store and outside the store.
Target achievement: Special focus on 100% target achievement of special key articles, Focus on store NOB and increase ABV.
Loss management: Regular eye on store loss management.
Proper budget utilization: Ensure that all budgets for the trade are efficiently and effectively utilized through prudent allocation and regular monitoring.
Promotions: Maintaining proper product presentation with product promotions with various advertising Medias.
Growth management: Do competition benchmarking for positive comp growth & KPI Achievement.
Category Management:
To ensure optimal performance of respective dept. in stores on the basis of following parameters:
Analysis sale of product (fast moving or slow moving)
Planning liquidation promotion on the basis of aged stock analysis.
Analysis of sales on daily/weekly and monthly basis and review action.
Analysis of sale performance and formulating strategies for improvement
