I was working in this hospital as a Medical officer in Medical ward and ICU. My core responsibilities were:
Admitting patients from Emergency department after discussion with consultant.
Treatment/care to patients with multiple co-morbidities.
Performing procedures like ascitic and pleural tapping for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.
Preparing discharge papers when patients are fit for it.

My job description as a medical officer in Medical oncology were:
Manage outpatient department patients, do a full work up of new suspected cancer cases, admit and plan chemotherapy thereafter.
Manage oncological emergencies in Emergency department and ward (solid tumor and hematology ward).
Perform procedures like Bone marrow aspiration, ascitic and pleural fluid tapping, catheterizations in multiple patients on a daily basis.
Supportive care of patients having complications post-chemotherapy and discharge with next chemo planning when fit.

I was working as a Medical officer in Emergency department in this tertiary teaching hospital. My job description were:
Triage of patients during mass casualties.
Take patient history, perform physical examinations send required investigations.
Managing and admitting acute medical emergency cases in ICU and wards after discussion with consultants of respective super speciality.
