Currently working as L2 Engineer at Hughes Communication under the project of YahSat(Abu Dhabi). Dealing with troubleshooting of tickets from different Service Providers from Middle East, Abu Dhabi, Africa, Nigeria etc. which we got on salesforce ticketing system. 

As L2 Engineer my work is from maintaining & monitoring the network stability to resolving the queries regarding the Satellite Internet connectivity. Experience of working on monitoring tools like EM7, Cacti.
