- Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources which includes coordinating with various departments, understanding the requirement and sourcing candidates from job portals, referrals and other sources.
- Responsible for short listing of candidates, conducting aptitude test, initial interview before sharing the resumes with the departments.
- Responsible for recruiting for different IT and Non IT positions.
- Complete the documentation for Selected candidates.
- Salary Negotiations & background verification once the candidate is selected.
- Onboarding, Induction, Orientation & joining formalities of the new joiners.
- Arrange Induction training program of new joining employees.
- Maintaining Employees Database.
- Employee leaves and attendance management.
- Issuing Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, Promotion Letters, Experience Letters, Relieving Letters etc. to the employees.
- Vendor development and managing the existing vendors.
- Maintaining the budget sheet which includes the office expenses and vendor payments.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining the company's culture and conducting Employee engagement activities.
- Sending Birthday, Festival Wishes, new update emails to all the employees.
