- Driving forward performance in all areas of Regional Operations.
- Carrying out regular operational reviews and agreeing improvement plans with Contract Managers.
- Managing and leading regional management teams.
- Effectively managing and coaching the range of managers that report to this role.
- Responsible for the budgetary and cost control for each project.
- Observing safety and security procedures; proactively reports potentially unsafe conditions to management.
- Preparing and submitting weekly and monthly reports to senior managers on key performance metrics
- Acting upon client requests in an efficient manner.
- Ensuring that stock is managed in line with the financial and operational requirements of the business.
- Producing informative and concise reports and present these orally and in written form.
- Managing relationships with your clients to generate repeat business.
- Achieving national and regional targets as defined by annual objectives.
