 Description: MetLife is planning to issue new IIA contracts under the Metropolitan Tower Life Insurance Company (MTL) Entity. VRPS needs to be enhanced to issue IIA contracts under Company 25 and specific Case ID. New Company 25 should be created for MTL IIA contracts like Company code 02.

 Description: The Annuity Customer Experience (ACE) platform is a browser-based software application that uses a relational database to record activities performed by MetLife for its annuity clients and customers. 

ACE is the central point in which the business activities are performed, but a number of interfaces have been designed to both send and receive data to and from other MetLife applications.

Description:

Claims Express application was designed to automate the claims filing process for both customers and company claims professionals. We were involved in enhancing the existing application and maintaining that as well. The application was responsible to receive claims through customers via the internet part of the application, as well as processing the claims via the intranet part of the application.
