Set out, level and survey the site, check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations

Ensure that all materials used and work performed is in accordance with the quality and specifications.

Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.

Ensuring all the controls and pre-check been done in prior to casting of structural members and thus supervising the work.

Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of Contractors and Subcontractors

Site Supervision, Inspection and Quality Control of site Activities for Multi-Storey commercial/residential Buildings & Villas/Residential Houses Ensured that the project was built to specifications by implementing detailed drawing revisions and design changes

Block work, Plastering, Waterproofing, Roof Works, Tiling, Marble, False ceiling, Aluminum Glazing installations, GRC works, Wooden Flooring, Fit out &Joinery Installations, Swimming Pool works, Board walks, Paving Installations, Landscape works, Painting ,MEP Coordination's Etc.

 Read and understand construction and other drawings, specifications, Scope and other details well in advance of execution and raise RFIs if necessary and advice commercial team for the variations, and As Built drawings submissions.

 Qualified and ordered materials. Conducted material reconciliations at various stages of the project.

 Attending and Conduct Meeting  meetings with Sub contractors, Consultants and  Reporting to Project Manager regarding daily, weekly, monthly Programs, Progress, Productivity and Constraints.

 Submit all WIR as per ITP and Liaise with Consultants /Client / DMs for Inspections & approvals.

 Participate in jobsite safety activities including safety meetings, Site walks, and other related.
