Works within the Telstra Corporation Limited (known as Telstra) is Australia's largest telecommunications company which builds and operates telecommunications networks   and other products and services.,  where in i have  worked as  first point of contact for the escalation of telephone system issues from the ITO Service Desk. Used to create sales orders for the customer using 8 different tools ( eg: Emptor,Drift Tool Etc) and handle escalations through different mailboxes and Communicating with different teams  to resolve the issues .
