Project Scope : EPC of 14” Dia NGL pipeline (300 KM) from New Fahud NGL plant to the Steam cracker unit at Sohar & also a 32” Dia gas loopline (301 KM) parallel to the existing 32” pipeline owned by OGC from Fahud to Sohar to supply gas for North power station

• 15 million man hours achieved without LTI.
• Responsible for overall health safety and wellbeing of all the employees throughout the project.
• Created safe work environment by complying with safety, health and security requirements.
• Accompanied, documented and reported various worksite inspections as per OSHA standards and other formal safety and security measures at work site.

Project : QSTec Poly-silicon Project Phase-1
Client : Qatar Solar Technologies (QSTec)
Project Scope : Polysilicon Plant Project having production capacity of 7,200 MTPY of sellable Product and having two parallel trains, each of which is to be capable of producing 3,600 MTPY of sellable Product [Reached 15 Million Man-hours working with 3500 workers without LTI.]

Project : Strategic Gas Transmission Project (SGTP)
Position : HSE Officer (Construction to Start-up)
Client : Qatar Petroleum (QP)
Scope : EPIC of 36” Dia twin pipelines [P1 and P2] and associated facilities, 1st pipeline (P1) length of 124 km will originate from station V in (RLIC) and is to be terminated at station S in (MIC).The 2nd pipeline (P2) length of 87 km will originate from station V in (RLIC) and is to be terminated at station (T3). The Project consists of constructing 3 major Station and 7 Section Block valve Stations (SBV’s).

• Acquired the opportunity to work as a safety professional for the very first time and learned quickly regarding the overall organizations safety management systems.
• Assisted in QHSE documentations for ISO certifications of casting , forging and fettling units of harihar alloys.
• Acquired experience and in depth knowledge of ISO standards such as ISO 9001(Quality), ISO 14001(Environment), ISO 45001(Occupational health and safety ) and OHSAS 18001( Occupational health and safety ).
