Being a Quality Analyst, my function was to check and fill the reports of the audits done by the company and analyse the same as per the data/information provided to me via Audit Manager. Also, to check all the reports before finalizing and forwarding it to the clients. Being an Auditor, my job function was to make a check on the works of a client on grounds whether the work is being done in a proper functioning or not. Also, to point out and make a note of all the lacks (if any) on the grounds of work. 

Manage large amounts of incoming calls. Generate sales leads. Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Handle customers complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
