Monitoring instruments calibration at regular intervals 
Monitoring Customer Complaints and Review Internal Inspection
Coordinating with customer audits 
Coordinating with 3.2 certificate 
Documentation control of all over documents in quality 
Handling of all measuring instruments( vernier , height gauge , micrometer etc)
Review and knowledge in heattrement.

Inspect and analysis the quality of welding parts as per the standards
 Prepare the Documentation for the product according to ASME Sec IX Standards 
 Accomplished projects in Fractional distillation process about piping 
Fit-up, Weld visual & Final Inspection
 Inspection of welding related activities
Witnessing Pneumatic test, Hydro test as per standards.
Offering of Radiography, Handling & Interpretation of Radiography Films.
Preparing of WPS documents
